His involvement in various advisory roles and membership in organizations like YPO further highlights his influence and expertise in the business world.

Mr. Ravi Varma, the founder and Managing Director of Metalkraft, brings with him more than 30 years of experience in various aspects of the business. His expertise includes material management, marketing and project management. Ravi Varma's leadership has been instrumental in the company's success, as evidenced by the impressive 40% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) achieved over the last two decades.

Mr. Prathap Raju and Mr. Chandra Sekhar, the Co-founders and Directors of the company are highly experienced and qualified technical engineers with over 30 years of experience in production and operations in similar industries. Mr. Prathap Raju oversees the operations of Unit-3 at Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bangalore units. Mr. Chandra Sekhar oversees the complete operations of Hyderabad unit-1&2. With such vast extensive experience, both Directors play a crucial role in driving the success of Metalkraft's operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Mr. V. Soundararajan has an impressive career in the steel industry with over 35 years of experience. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from AMIE, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM). He began his career at Tube Investment of India Ltd and subsequently gained valuable experience at various companies in the steel sector. His professional journey includes positions at NSL, Anil Steels, BSSL, and Pennar and since 2010 he has been associated with Metalkraft as Head of Sales and marketing, focusing on Cold Rolled Formed Steel Sections, Flat Steel Products, Coated Steel, and Alloy Steels. His expertise also extends to Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Marketing.

Mr. Ramesh Babu, a Mechanical Engineer heading the Sales & Marketing department has an impressive three decades of experience in Sales and Marketing of various engineering products. His expertise spans a wide range of products, including custom-made polymers, MRO products, solar projects, and steel profiles/sections. Throughout his career, he has worked for both Indian and multinational companies, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the growth of these organizations. Some of the notable companies he has been a part of our ITW Signode India Limited, Ador Welding Limited and Pennar Industries Limited.

Mr. R. Dharmasri, a graduate Mechanical Engineer, has an extensive and impressive career in the field of Supply Chain Management (SCM). He joined Metalkraft in September 2020 as the Head of SCM, bringing with him over 30 years of invaluable experience in managing supply chains for various reputable companies. Some of the notable organizations he has worked with are Kirby Building Systems, JSW Severfield Structures, Godrej, Mahindra and DCM Shriram.
